2010-2011 Pre-Registration Parking Decal Sale!

Date: Wednesday, August 18, 2010
Time: 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.
Location: Auditorium Lobby

Parking is limited and priority will be given to SENIORS ONLY.

You must have copies of the following to obtain a parking decal:
1.    Report card or proof of grade level
2.    Valid Florida Operator’s License
3.    Proof of Insurance
4.    Proof of Automobile Registration
5.    Complete and signed application- (visit MHS website to download)
6.    $50.00 CASH ONLY

You must have copies of all information BEFORE you arrive to purchase a decal. Miramar High School staff will not be able to make copies during this pre-registration event.
